D'Anne Hotchkiss

D’Anne comes from a long line of manufacturers named Hotchkiss, including makers of several models of Hotchkiss street and racing cars. Hotchkiss racers won the Rallye Automobile Monte Carlo six times between 1932 and 1950. In her own right, she is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully formed, launched and exited five previous companies in publishing, education, and marketing. She began her career in journalism and marketing, and has worked with many Fortune 500 technology companies as well as leading-edge tech start-ups from New York to Silicon Valley
Jordan Renfro
Director of Design
Jordan developed the basis of our method. He began his career with a full-ride scholarship to a design school, and quickly accepted a fellowship at Polaris where he worked on multiple vehicle platforms. He has years of experience in industrial and product design for both on and off-road companies, including Indian Motorcycles, Polaris, and International, and he is a motorcycle enthusiast.

Leigh Collyer
Leigh’s strength lies in product design and development project and program manager. His career has included product design, prototyping and engineering and he has more than 20 years’ experience in developing outdoor sport recreation equipment and off- road power sports retail products for companies including Textron Specialized Vehicles and Kuryakyn.
Jack Garzella
Jack is a serial entrepreneur and currently head of startup MyFlightSolutions, a suite of products for the aviation industry. His corporate experience includes managing sales, consulting and service for the high-tech manufacturing sector of Teradata, and data warehouse operations at Overstock.com.
Richard Lower
Rick’s expertise is in developing and managing significant business partnerships and alliances with international and public companies. He earned a master’s of science degree in international business and has completed executive programs at MIT, Emory University and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Marie Nieves
As president and CEO of the Hudson County (NJ) Chamber of Commerce, Marie develops mutually beneficial business partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders and guides organizations through changes that generate significant growth in customer base and revenue.
Kamau Njenga
Kamau has built a career on advanced analytics in the automotive and transportation industry, working in the US and overseas for marque brands Ford, VW, and Chrysler, as well as analytics leader Teradata. Currently, he is director of data science for Element Fleet Management.
